Using an equity first lens we develop strategies, provide education and lead catalyst experiences meant to foster connection, empathy, and growth. 

Preshuslee, fondly referred to as Preshus is the Founder and Executive Strategist, and Facilitator at Preseli. Preshus is a licensed masters level social worker and trauma-informed and anti-oppressive practice-informed facilitator with a passion for building connection and supporting healing.

"Preshus and I partnered to create a DEI Strategic Plan for Ologie. As a past leader of Ologie, I had an invested interest in the company's culture and the success of the plan, but didn't have the experience of creating DEI specific recommendations in the workplace. Preshus brought a strong foundation of knowledge around the steps involved in the process, like the development of the cultural assessment survey. Additionally, she provided an immense amount of knowledge and expertise on effective DEI best practices and policies. From the very beginning Preshus led us through the process by rolling up her sleeves and having a point-of-view while being highly collaborative and open to ideas throughout the process. In the end, we co-created a DEI plan that I am confident will move the needle at a place I care about greatly."
